• During event registration to manage and communicate with event attendees
• You have chosen to subscribe to our mailing list

We use the information that you have given us in order to manage and communicate with event attendees, monitor engagement and evaluate the impact of events on attendees.

We may share aggregated information with partners and potential funders.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

• We need it to perform a public task.

Your information is securely stored. We keep the information submitted via registration, the mailing lists or evaluation exercises in perpetuity.
